Remove battery power protect from your SafeLink Wifi phone. On the back of the device, slide battery power protect down to take the protect off.

Remove battery power from the device.

Remove the SIM cards from under battery power compartment. The SIM cards is a small white rectangle-shaped cards that holds the user's registration information.

Remove battery power protect from the device you wish to switch to.

Remove battery power you wish to begin using and place the SIM cards in the SIM cards slot (gold-colored-connections-side down) of the new phone.

Place battery power back in the new phone (paying attention to battery power connections), then place battery power protect back on the telephone. Power the device on and the device should be active on your SafeLink account.
