How to Reprogram a Panasonic K800i

If you bought your Panasonic Ericsson K800i directly from Panasonic, reprogramming the mobile cell phone to work with a new assistance agency couldn't be easier. The contact number and network information is stored on the SIM cards, so you simply eliminate the SIM cards from your old assistance agency and replace it with a SIM from the new assistance agency. If you bought the mobile cell phone from a assistance agency, you need to find it before you can reprogram it.

Instructions

        1

Obtain the discover value for your K800i if the mobile cell phone is locked. You can get the value from an unlocking assistance, or from the assistance agency that originally sold the mobile cell phone.
        2

Convert off the K800i and grow the mobile cell phone over.

3

Remove energy protect by moving it toward the end of the mobile cell phone. Lift energy from the end and set energy protect and energy aside.
4

Remove the old SIM cards by moving it out from under the metal clip. If you have an unlocked K800i, all you need to do is place the SIM cards from your new assistance agency. Otherwise, leave the SIM out and reinstall energy and energy protect.
5

Turn the mobile cell phone on and wait for it to boot up.
6

Press left on the navigation pad and media "*" twice, then media the left arrow again. The mobile cell phone will display "Personalize with MNC2."
7

Type the discover value and wait for the mobile cell phone to reboot.
8

Turn the mobile cell phone off and place the new SIM cards.
